Should a small manageable fire break out in your premises a fire extinguisher would be the first thing that you would look for, we can ensure that your fire extinguishers are in the correct place and are in an operable state of repair. Our FIA trained engineers ensure that fire fighting equipment in your premises are correctly sited for the risk of fire in each area and that the correct quantity is available, we offer an annual service which means that your equipment is maintained to comply with the latest British standard BS5306:3
Our engineers are all FIA trained to ensure that the below is correct for your building ensuring your protection;
- Sourcing (the correct selection of fire extinguishers for your building)
- Commissioning (on-site checks to ensure fire extinguisher is fit for purpose prior to installation)
- Siting (correct positioning and installation of fire extinguishers in your building)
- Maintenance/Servicing (regular checks to ensure fire extinguishers are in efficient working order and ready to use in the event of fire)
We offer a national service with engineers across the country able to assist you with the provision of the correct type and quantity of fire fighting equipment, this could be Water, CO2, foam, powder or fire blanket.

Service Life:
Your fire extinguishers should be changed every 5 years with the exception of CO2 which is every 10 years and serviced every 12months, any damaged extinguishers should be replaced immediately. Each fire fighting device should have a service record by means of a sticker attached to it along with an anti-tamper tag, if your extinguisher is missing either of these please contact us to arrange a service visit at your premises.
We can provide new devices including signage, portable stands, warning devices, replacements, wall-mounted enclosures, spare parts and full on-site service packages, please contact us with your requirements, we will carry out a free assessment at your convenience.
