We were approached by Senior Aerospace Bird Bellows in Congleton to provide additional physical security to a section of unprotected land on their site. We designed and installed an automated cantilever gate along with access control to a pedestrian gate and security fencing to the perimeter of the property.

We carried out all works in house and utilised Paxton Net2 for the access control to link to the existing access control system. Bird Bellows selected Red Spot through a competitive procurement aimed at delivering an enhanced level of service, following the successful completion of these works we have been asked to manage the on-going maintenance of all the security systems across the site as well as advise on extending the existing CCTV systems.

Red Spot Fire & Security were instructed on installing the fire detection system to the 10 story building, access control and TV distribution throughout the 145 apartments with Video/Audio intercoms to each, along with CCTV to the communal areas. Our team ensured that all works were completed to the highest standard including comprehensive warranties and quality guarantees we have had no call backs for remedial works since completion.

ADT Workplace commissioned our team to design and install the complete security and audio/visual package in conjunction with our sister company Eclipse AV to the Aeroworks building in Manchester. After a careful selection process we decided to utilise the IP distribution of HDMI content with equipment from BluStream and Philips among others to ensure that the content from 21 sources would be available at the touch of a button to any of the 50+ screens throughout the building. The Security systems comprised Net2 Access control with Texecom Intruder detection and Hikvision IP CCTV to both the internal and external perimeter of the building. The two existing auto gates were overhauled and put back into service providing a comprehensive soulution to the client.

The new Light Cinema complex in Sittingbourne appointed Red Spot for the installation of Cat6a and Cat6 structured cabling. After several client consultations we were appointed as the contractor for all of the structured cabling to the cinema screens, front of house and back of house areas including Cat6 points for the security systems. Our engineers worked for several months on the design and installation of the infrastructure, each service, such as CCTV, screen audio, wifi, digital screens and POS systems were provided with a multitude of outlets across the building, each categorised and identified to ensure segregation between differing services to ensure GDPR compliance. Our installation team ensured that all cabling was installed to the highest standard and segregation from other services to provide a system with no cross interference and mitigate risk for the end user.
